1. Training Incharge (Medical Officer)
- Qualification: MBBS or BAMS with relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 70 years.
- Salary:
- MBBS Candidates: ₹60,000/- per month.
- BAMS Candidates: ₹28,000/- per month.
2. Administrative Officer
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with 3 years of relevant experience. Preference for candidates with MS-CIT, Tally ERP, or similar certifications.
- Age Limit:
- Open Category: 38 years.
- Reserved Category: 43 years.
- Salary: ₹20,000/- per month.
Selection Criteria
For Medical Officer (MBBS)
Candidates will be evaluated based on the next criteria:
- Subject Knowledge: 10 Marks
- Research & Academic Knowledge: 10 Marks
- Leadership Quality: 10 Marks
- Administrative Abilities: 10 Marks
- Experience: 10 Marks
- Govt. Experience: 2 marks per year.
- Private Experience: 1 mark per year.
Total Maximum Marks: 90
For Administrative Officer
Evaluation will follow these guidelines:
- Qualifying Exam Score: 50 Marks
- Additional Academic Achievements: 20 Marks
- Work Experience: 3 Marks per year (Maximum 30 Marks)
Total Maximum Marks: 100
