Educational Qualifications
Candidates must fulfill one of the following criteria:
- B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/BMLS)
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/DMLS) with a course duration of at least 2 years
- M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (preferred)
Required Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience for B.Sc/Diploma holders
- 1 year of experience for M.Sc holders
- Candidates with experience in NABL-accredited laboratories or labs seeking accreditation will be given preference
Age Criteria
- Maximum age limit: 60 years (as of the advertisement date)
- Relaxation for contractual employees up to 62 years
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct various laboratory tests for ART treatments
- Manage sample collection, transportation, and viral load testing
- Maintain records for CD4 tests and viral load estimation
- Support the ART Centre by performing diagnostic services efficiently
Appointment Terms
- Initial probation period: 3 months
- Continuation is based on successful probation completion and performance evaluation
- This is a contractual position only
Salary Information
- Fixed remuneration: Rs. 21,000/- per month
- No additional allowances like TA, DA, or HRA
